Ciona Johnson is the regular beauty presenter on ITV's LK Today and was well-known as the resident beauty expert on Channel Four's Big Breakfast. She qualified with the International Health and Beauty Therapy Masters Diploma (with a thesis on Obesity: its definition and management), a City and Guilds Certificate in Beauty Therapy with distinctions in Figure Diagnosis and Exercise and Teach Keep Fit courses, and hairdressing and wig-making. After moving to London she worked as a beauty therapist and on the fringe theatre circuit, assisting make-up master Bert Broe on Shakespeare and opera productions. Her passion for working with interesting people quickly led her to the world of photo shoots and portrait photographers, and she started working with The Face magazine, which led to her reputation for working with A list celebrities all over the world.

Ciona works with them for film premieres, stage performances, advertising and magazine shoots. In addition she has written for and hs been featured quoted in many publications including:
Cosmopolitan, the Sun, The Times, Total Syle and Marie Claire, Elle, Glamour, Men's Heath and In Style.

Ciona is a karate black belt, and trains regularly with the Japanese Karate Association and has appeared in her first film, Pitfighter, where she plays a ruthless battler!
